It can be done with any other version of the program.

1 º Open an image 300/300 px, transparent space left over us, but that work best and then trim it and what is left.

2 ° With the selection tool (rectangle) seek personalized selection icon and put these values:

Fill with color # F6ECAF. We stay like this:

Deselect

3 ° With the Mesh Warp tool:

4 ° With care and the enlarged image as much as we need, we will make waves:

fill it with the same color. Go to Effects and if you have the filter scanlines, apply it vertically:

If you have not, go to Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds:

Select a color slightly darker than we have been using so far and apply those values

7 th We give a slight shadow to the layer where we have applied the effect or filter:

apply again but reversing Vertical 1 Horizontal -1. With the filter we would read:
