We started

1 º Open a transparent image of 350/265 px. With the magic wand, click on either side of the image. Select / Modify / Contract 10px. Selection / Invert. And fill the selection with the gradient and this configuration:

2 ° We have opened the image of the landscape that we use, copy, Edit / Copy, return to the image you just put the frame with the gradient by clicking on the top, with the second mouse button: Paste / Paste Selection:

We can minimize or even close to the image of the landscape. NOT remove the selection

3 º Go to Settings / Accent / Sharpen / Unsharp Mask:

and put these values:

2 / 25 / 5

Remember this step and do it every time you resize an image

4 ° In the Layers palette by clicking on the layer we have, with the second mouse button on the menu that appears, click on Duplicate twice.

We now have three layers, the first or original and two copies:

Hide the top two and make sure to be located on the former. Remember that we have not taken even the national team, right?

5 º Effects / Plugins / Ulead / Particle:

The filter window has some options:

In Control effects and parameters, we can play ourselves and see that we would. If we get an effect to our liking, we can keep clicking the Add button (Add) and making a name for this effect.

On Effects, select the one you want to play, in our case Lluvia.Pulsad on Load (load) and we see a screen with a number of effects ready to use:

8 º Open the Animation and look for the image you have saved the rain Once you have it, go to Edit / Select All, that we were all selected frames.

Animation / Frame Properties, put a value of 25 at the time of deployment to all frames. And we can save the image.
