1, Open a transparent image 600/400 px. Selections / Select All Open the texture on the PSP, copy and paste into selection.

Duplicate this layer 4 th. Image / Free Rotate and turn 90 degrees to the right. Put the tape on the right side of the image more or less as follows:

Hide the texture layer and merge the two tapes.

5 ° Add a new layer and open the image 17-11-06-2006.pspimage, copy and paste into selection. Layers / Arrange / Move Down. With the Selection tool.:

6 th Adjust / Sharpness / Unsharp Mask with these settings:

We lowered the layer opacity to 55% and so we mix / Blend mode to Luminance Legacy.

7 th Duplicate the layer and change the blend mode to Overlay (can not remember now as it is in English, but will dissolve just below

8 º bowwithpolkadots_gh.psp Open the image, resize by 40%. Settings / Unsharp Mask, changing the value to Force 25. Copy and paste in our image as a new layer and place it in the apex forming the two tapes.

Fill again with the first color, Selections / Modify / Contract 2 px, Delete key save in jpg format and go!
