apply it and see the effect in the preview.
4 ° Now we will see what options we can modify and from them, save your own presets, for just having to select and apply each time you ye will:
Always located in the lamp No. 5, the others do not touch at all 
We try to vary:
- Darkness / Darkness to change it to 40
- Intensity / Intensity change it to 10
- Scale / Scale the change to 3
- Smoothness / Smoothness change it to 24
- Size Cone / Cone size change it to 50

Examples:

Well, I already I have configured the psp, so I save them by himself in the folder to install the program, usually created by default in My Documents. You'll see it in that folder, and is one that has the name of Adjustment Presets or if you use the program in English, Presets.
