Need two gradients that you can download here and the style lines that come by default on the PSP.

1 º Open a large image of about 500/500 px, to work more comfortable. We can put a background color to better differentiate between work and we will do.

2 In the Materials palette, in the foreground, select a gradient, I used a gold (sha_gold2) configured for:

Angle = 0

Repetitions = 10

Style = Radial

Central Point = H and V 50

Focal Point = not required

In the background gradient sha_foro use the same settings except the number of repetitions, I put a value of 20.

3 In the toolbox we will select the icon for Shapes: Clicking the arrow displays a submenu:

Select Ellipse.

4 ° Let the palette of settings:

And make sure we have selected the line style you want. In my case + Solid. But we will see that we can change at any time:

Just click on it to make it selected.

5 ° We are located on our image that we created at the beginning and draw an ellipse:

Menu / objects:

The image is placed itself right in the center of the canvas.

6 ° Click on the + sign next to it:

On the sublayer that we named as New Ellipse, click the second button of the mouse:

Again click on it and paste as new vector selection:

and passing the cursor over the image, we see that has a selection, click and it will set.

7 th repeat the step 5 and have just one over the other. In the Layers palette, we found to be located at the top:

We will know that it is, to see the text in bold.

8 ° In the tool palette, select the Object Selection icon: and see how the ellipse, is surrounded by a selection that reminds us of our Move tool:

We proceed the same way as with that other, to make the second ellipse, smaller:

Repeat the step 5 and is situated right in the center:

The renamed to avoid mistakes.
