Brushes
Create your own brushes from a selection, not complicated and we can do it from a jpg, psp, gif etc. .. We can do it in an area, or the entire image, you only need to follow some steps that are not too complicated.
Where to be saved:
First it is useful to know where we keep the brush to create. It will be in the folder that either created the program to be installed and will default to My Documents / My Psp Files / Brushes, or in which we have created for this case. I now use the program that created the default and will catch them
My Documents / My Psp Files / Brushes:

As seen in the capture, in the Brushes folder, you can create subfolders with different categories. If we visualize the folder in question now, we see that the brush has created two files:

and in case you want to share our brush with someone, these two files must go together or not work.
Create a brush from a selection
We started with a jpg image, a scene or landscape. I use this: mystical_land.j
1, will open the image on the PSP and we resize, and that to convert an image into Paintbrush, can not be greater than 500/500 px. Duplicate the image to keep her and Image / Resize.
Must be remembered that up to 500/500. You can as indicated by the tip, do a percentage, or try exact pixels. I did as a percentage to 75%.
2 ° With the Lasso tool selected and configured as follows:

We selected more or less like this:

Click on the top edge of the image with the second mouse button and Copy, click somewhere on the PSP screen, ie outside of any image and select Paste / Paste as new image:

We must look like:

3 º Go to Selections / Select All / Select / Float. Without deselecting the tool Let us now, Brushes
Palette and settings:

it will open a dialog box, where we introduce the designated name for this brush:

As noted in the capture, we can put the data of the author who made the brush. This would be reflected internally in the same. There are more options to customize it, but we will see later, now we just put a name and accept.
4 ° To see and to use the brush you just created, simply scroll down and look in alphabetical order:

Two clicks on it and stay selected.
Save by categories.
We can save it in a subfolder to keep them sorted:

I have one where I keep those who are landscapes or scenes (no idea because they called that
As this falls into this category, let's see how we would do to save it there.
1 In the Setup palette:

Opens a new window:

With a click on it, select the brush, then we click on the Move:

If we are not even the subfolder, we can create the icon that is marked with a circle. Ok and our brush remain located in the subfolder of the desired category.

Note * If I have selected this category, I can only see the brushes belonging to it. To view all, just select all:

If we go now to the folder where files are stored just created: My Documents / My Psp Files / Brushes:

one of the files and not. It is found in the subfolder sha_escenas. Where else I usually keep the two together to have them controlled and so for example you can send Materiales_Psp ![]()

* Conclusion:
You can create your brushes by following these steps, both can be a jpg, gif, psp file, a tube, a selection of an image, etc, etc ... And this is all for now about the brushes, but we shall see more.
