There is little mystery this effect, it is easy to use and very, very grateful!
Is an effect that will let us create text, balloons, and anything we have in a selection with volume. It's like drop shadows and lights, but an easy way.

In principle, let's Effects / Effects 3D/Recortar and started putting the following values;
