The image you use for this tutorial, do not know who created it. If anyone knows the author would be very grateful that I communicate so they can give their merit, or remove it if it is agreed that his art is used here.
Image and font used here
1, Open a transparent image 400/400. And renamed as Background. Activate the image. Psp and: Edit / Copy. We returned to the new open and click on it in the top of the image: Paste as new layer (which we rename as a girl):
See tip on layer options, specifically Rename Here

See the image. PSP is much larger than the image (400/400)
2 In the toolbar, select the Deform of: ![]()

* Note: To see all the rectangle tool creates warp, we place ourselves in a corner of the image, the cursor becomes a double-headed arrow, pull it up and left of the image much like is shown in the screenshot. Thus, we can resize the image to the extent that we want.
3 º You will go on one of the points, we see in dark red and without releasing the mouse button, 'will push' towards the center of the image:

Repeat (a bit better in each of the points) until it is snug to the canvas

4 ° We will now give you perspective. Yes, we will find an option with this name, probably several.
But this time let's do it by hand. By placing the mouse cursor over the handles of the tool point, we see that it becomes a cross with a rectangle something like this: ![]()

) Vemos que el rectángulo cambia de forma indicando cual será el efecto que aplicara la herramienta: If both pressed the Ctrl or Shift (No Caps Lock) We see that the rectangle changes shape indicating what the effect to apply the tool:
or
.
This chiquis, is more difficult to explain so, than done, so for you to test and see how you can work with this tool. ![]()
5 ° Whenever we do this option, Warp, Resize, etc, etc ..., is the way it is, repeat this step:

With these values:

* Note: In some cases, we can vary them and look to others who are better. We do this to retrieve the image sharpness.
6 ° We can also apply to text. We add a new layer, rename it and we know how to text to apply a text, no? if you do not, we see the tip HERE. In the palette of colors, put a color, I used the # b6aa3b. I used this text settings:
![]()
We removed the text selection and we will deform (following the instructions from point 3 °) so that it is at an angle to the image:

If we stay in the center, put the cursor where the arrow points and we can place it where we please. To disable this tool, press any other.
