Text Paths

The image I use now of Sarah Kay. I searched the Net, and I saw this lady no permission to use them. In any case if anyone knows and believes that I will not use them, please contact me for removal.

1 º Open an image 400/400 transparent. Let Predefined Shapes:

and the draw an ellipse on the image. Drawing the Ellipse, from top left, down and right.
2 In the Text tool, will these settings:

And write a text as we have always done, but on top of the ellipse.
3 In the Layers palette, open the vector layer and holding down the shift key, click on the two sub-layers and are selected:

Make sure the text is placed above the ellipse, as shown in the screenshot, more or less.
4 º Go to Objects / Wrap text to the path:

We stay like this:

5 If we do not want the ellipse, in the Layers palette, hide it

and clicking on the same vector layer, convert it to raster layer.

The earlier, the Group of the Ellipse, not work to give stroke to text in this way. Draw the ellipse from the lower left, up and right:

7 th write the text that will be located at the bottom of the image, select the two sublayers:

Go to Objects / Wrap text to the path and apply. It looks like this:
